Shipping

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 2-4 working days after ordering.

Order arrival
Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. We’ll do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner. During campaigns and sale, delivery can be longer. If you are not home when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be stored in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick it up or rearrange delivery.

Free delivery is automatically added when you submit your order. Sales periods may result in longer delivery times than normal.

All deliveries require a signature. It does not necessarily need to be you who signs; you can allow e.g. a friend, family member, colleague or similar to sign for you.

We do not offer delivery on a specific day or time, as all orders are processed in chronological order.

Should your delivery be delayed, KRISALEXANDER ApS cannot be held liable.

Returns

Want to return an item? No problem! Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel. 

Returns to Denmark

To process a return to our warehouse, follow these easy steps:

  • Go to: https://return.shipmondo.com/krisalexander-returns
  • Pack the products you wish to return in its original parcel
  • When sending your return items, we encourage you to reuse the packaging. Please make sure that old parcel labels are not visible

KRISALEXANDER will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible via the same method of payment you used when completing your order. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your returned item(s) at our warehouse. Refunding for the returned items will occur within 14 weekdays from receipt.

Exchange

If you want to exchange your item(s) by sending it back to us, please return the item(s) and place a new order. Above you can see the different steps when returning.
