Orders ship from Denmark within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the EU and 7–10 internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@krisalexander.com with your order number, or request it from your account. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the item.
